NSFC has a number of senior teams
In 2024 our teams included FQPL3 Mens & U23s, Metro Mens (Div 3),
Metro Womens (Div 3 & Div 4), and Over 35s & Over 45s teams. Training is usually once or twice a week
with games on weekends.

2025 will see similar teams being nominated

2025 Dates for Seniors

  • Registrations open 11 December for returning players
  • Registrations open 1 January for all players
  • Grading/training sessions will be held week commencing 13 January for four weeks:

o Mens Met 3 – Wednesdays, 7.15-9.00pm, 15/1, 22/1, 29/1, 5/2
o U17 and Womens Met 3 – Wednesdays, 7.15-9.00pm, 15/1, 22/1, 29/1, 5/2
o Womens Met 4 – Tuesdays, 7.15-9.00pm, 14/1, 21/1, 28/1, 4/2
  • FQ metro team nominations due 7 February.
  • Teams announced 9 February.
  • Training begins week commencing 10 February
  • Games begin 7/8/9 March
  • Games finish 15/16/17 August
  • Semi-finals 22/23/24 August (top four teams in division only)
  • Grand finals 29/30/1 Aug/Sept (top four teams in division only)
